Soft Chicken Tacos

Sharing my chicken taco recipe due to insistent public demand.  =)

This is a very healthy but super tasty dish. I'm using chicken breast fillets without the skin.



Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breast fillets without the skin
  • sea salt
  • pepper granules
  • 1 whole lime
  • 5 tablespoons Italian flat parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic pounded
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pieces small local red tomatoes diced
  • 1 small red onion minced
  • sour cream or greek yogurt for as a healthier alternative
  • small-sized tortillas
  • cheese (optional) 
























Directions:
  • Slice the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces
  • Season the chicken breasts with sea salt, pepper granules, lime juice, garlic, Italian flat parsley, worcestershire sauce and marinate overnight 
  • Stir-fry the chicken in extra virgin olive oil until sides become brown
  • Lay the chicken on the tortilla
  • Add diced tomatoes and minced onions to your liking
  • Top with sour cream
  • Wrap the filling with both ends of the tortilla



















































It's simple, refreshing and easy to prepare!

Makes 4 servings.
