Beef Teriyaki

My tried and tested version of Beef Teriyaki. This dish is very simple, easy to prepare and the flavor is fantastic.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 kg of beef sirloin strips
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter (preferably Anchor Butter)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- pepper






















































Directions:
  1. Marinate the beef sirloin strips with the 1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce and season with pepper for at least 3-6 hours
  2. In a skillet over medium heat melt 2 tablespoons of butter
  3. Add the garlic, brown them a little then add the
  4. Add the beef sirloin strips and the remaining teriyaki sauce
  5. Let it simmer for 5 - 8 minutes
  6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds. You can add more depending on your liking.
