Mango Float

Mango Float is one of my all-time favorite Filipino desserts. I made some a few days ago for the hubby's birthday. It's super yummy yet so simple to make. All you have to do is layer, layer, layer then chill. Oh and nothing beats the taste of Philippine mangoes.

Here's my version prepared in a 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 aluminum pan.
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 boxes of Nestle cream (250 ml each)
- 1 small can of condensed milk (168 ml)
- 1 pack of Graham (200 g)

I made a solid bottom layer of 4 graham crackers

Cover the graham crackers with mangoes

Spread a generous helping of sweetened cream (2 boxes of Nestle cream is to 1 small can of condensed milk)

Crush the remaining graham crackers then sprinkle generously on top of the first mango-cream-graham layer then add some mangoes again and spread the sweetened cream. Repeat the whole layering process until there are no more ingredients left.

Place the dish in the chiller of the refrigerator to chill and thicken overnight.

Just imagine biting through layers of cream mixed with condensed milk, combined slices of ripe Philippine mangoes and slightly salty graham crackers. Need I say more?
