Man's Best Friend

I love dogs. They make excellent family pets. Aside from the fact that they are super cute and cuddly, they're such loyal beings too! Studies have shown that pet owners live longer, healthier lives. Maybe because pets bring us great joy, promote our well-being by buffering us from stress which is one of the huge reasons people get ill. And because dogs need to be walked and be brought to places, we also get our dose of exercise and sometimes meet other people along the way too who later on become our acquaintances or even good friends. Talk about hitting two birds with one stone!

Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace."
