Pam's Birthday at Bizu Patisserie & Bistro

I have spent most of the day last Friday preparing for my sister-in-law's (Pam) surprise birthday treat. I bought purple balloons and stick thin candles from a local bookstore, made a dinner reservation at Bizu Patisserie & Bistro for the whole fambam, used my stash of eco-friendly striped paper straws and helped my older sister pick a birthday present.

Bizu is Manila's premiere Patisserie boasting of world-class Parisian-styled pastry creations. It is also a Bistro serving modern European comfort fare that is also attuned to the Filipino palate.

When I spoke with Bizu's manager for a dinner reservation, I asked if we could bring in balloons and she gave her permission.

Sharing the cake with everyone!
Our whole family loved the setup (balloons and all) and of course the scrumptious feast! Too bad I have no more room for Bizu's Macaron de Paris. We will definitely come back often.

Happy Birthday Pam! More blessings!
